Permanent Residence

We provide services to obtain PR via Economic Class and Family Class.

Economic Class

EXPRESS ENTRY

At the Federal level Immigration to Canada for Skilled Workers is administered by the online merit-based system called Express Entry. Express Entry allows declaring the interest to immigrate based on various personal factors such as age, education, work experience, and language proficiency. The system allocated points for such factors and accepts application for PR under the three federal programs: Federal Skilled Workers (for overseas skilled workers), Canadian Experience Class (for in-Canada skilled workers), and Federal Skilled Trades (for specific trades professionals), and about two dozen of provincial programs.

BC PNP

The province of British Columbia developed its own provincial program to select the best-matching candidates for the provincial labour market. Almost all streams under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) require obtaining Job Offers. BC government targets qualified skilled workers and international graduates under two categories: Skills Immigration and Express Entry British Columbia.

SINP

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a provincial immigration program that allows Saskatchewan to nominate eligible candidates for permanent residency, helping meet labor market demands and support economic growth. It offers pathways for skilled workers, entrepreneurs, and international graduates who wish to settle in Saskatchewan.

Family Class

SPONSOR SPOUSE & CHILDREN

Canada is the land of multiple cultures and identities. Many Canadian fall in love with foreign nationals all over the globe. The government allows Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents to sponsor their beloved ones for permanent residence. This also applies to children of the spouses or adopted children. Moreover, Canada equally treats common-law partnerships and same-sex marriages. If you are interested in bringing your partner to Canada, the government allows you to do so.

SPONSOR PARENTS & GRANDPARENTS

Since foreign parents raised a Canadian taxpayer, the government allows Canadian citizens and Permanent residents to sponsor their elderly relatives for permanent residency in Canada. At the same time, there are various financial requirements you need to meet in order to sponsor your parents or grandparents.

Temporary Residence

STUDY PERMIT

Canada is competing with other immigrant countries over international students. That is why Canadian education is built to help the government to attract and retain international students. In order to study in Canada, a foreign student must obtain a letter of admission from a Canadian college or university and a Study Permit from the Department of Immigration.

POST GRADUATE WORK PERMIT

Canada offers international graduates the opportunity to stay in Canada after graduation. Such policy helps to convert international students into permanent residents, as they are ideal candidates to become new PRs of the country. In order to remain in Canada after your education, you need a Post-Graduate Work Permit to find a full-time job and gather Canadian work experience, which in turn will help you to immigrate.

WORK PERMIT

To work in Canada, a foreign worker must obtain either an employer-specific work permit, which requires the employer to obtain a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). First or an open work permit in certain specific situations. For instance, spouses of international students, foreign workers, or sponsored spouses may be eligible for that.

VISITOR VISA & ELECTRONIC TRAVEL DOCUMENT (ETA)

Globalization created a new world for all of us. We have family members in all parts of the world. To visit your Canadian family members, you may need a Visitor Visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (if you are from a visa-exempt country). The same applies if you simply like to travel and wish to visit our wonderful country!

SUPERVISA FOR PARENTS

Those Canadians who are not lucky to sponsor their parents or grandparents for permanent residency shouldn’t be sad. There is an alternative opportunity to bring your elderly parents to Canada. Supervisa is a visitor visa for parents and grandparents which allows staying in Canada temporarily for up to two years at one stay. Supervisa is issued for a period of a total of ten years.

Other Services

LMIA

In order to hire a foreign worker, a Canadian employer must first apply for Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from the Department of Labour, proving that no Canadian worker is available. Employers must also comply with several federal regulations to be allowed to hire a foreigner.

EXTEND OR CHANGE THE CONDITIONS OF YOUR STAY

In many situations, foreign nationals may need to extend their status or change the conditions of their stay in Canada. It is essentially important to keep your temporary legal status in Canada, especially if you plan to stay here permanently in the future.

STATUS RESTORATION

In some critical situations, international students, foreign workers, and visitors may lose their status. Canada still allows restoring the status of the applicant under certain conditions. The Federal government allows status restoration within 90 days from the date of status expiration.
